For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pu77 website accessible at pu77.io, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any related applications or services provided by pu77.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any feature of the Platform, whether in a real-money or free-play capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the pu77 registration process.
• "Real-Money Balance" means the amount of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held in a Player's Account that has been funded by genuine deposits from the Player's own verified payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means any funds credited to a Player's Account by pu77 as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, free bet, or any other incentive scheme.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player using Real-Money Balance or Bonus Balance on any sport, casino game, live dealer table, crash game, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that pu77 is required to conduct to confirm the identity, age, and source of funds of Players before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the operating currency of all financial transactions on the pu77 Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone used by pu77 for all time-sensitive matters including promotional deadlines, match schedules, and support availability.

Access to and use of the pu77 Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an Account or place any real-money Wager on the pu77 Platform. This age restriction is firm and non-negotiable. Players who falsify their age during registration will have their Account permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are legally restricted from entering into contracts (for example, due to mental incapacity or legal guardianship orders), you are prohibited from using the Platform.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the pu77 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pu77 makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Any material misrepresentation in your registration information constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
• Single Account: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Not a pu77 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members are prohibited from holding a Player Account or placing real-money Wagers on the Platform.

Players are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. The following obligations apply to all Account holders:

• Credential Security: You must not share your Account login credentials with any third party. pu77 will never ask you for your password via email, Live Chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must contact pu77 support immediately and change your password without delay.
• Account Responsibility: All activity conducted through your Account — including Wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is considered to have been carried out by you personally. pu77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Account Currency: All pu77 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no facility to hold balances in foreign currencies. All deposit amounts will be credited in BDT, and all withdrawals will be disbursed in BDT.
• Inactive Accounts: An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. pu77 reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after formal notification has been issued to the registered email address.
• Account Closure by Player: Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting pu77's 24/7 support team via Live Chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method following a standard KYC check, subject to the absence of pending investigations or bonus abuse concerns.

pu77 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted in BDT. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Own Funds Only: All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC verification check. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing. pu77 strongly encourages all Players to complete KYC verification proactively to ensure fast payouts.

• pu77 Fees: pu77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are outside pu77's control and are the Player's responsibility.

pu77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements must be met by playing eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino tables, progressive jackpot slots, and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period, as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's Bonus Balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless pu77 explicitly states otherwise in specific promotion terms. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: pu77 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering predominantly on low-risk outcomes to fulfil requirements, hedging bets across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional structures, and collusion between multiple Players. Detected abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent Account suspension.
• pu77's Discretion: pu77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. pu77 also reserves the right to decline a Player's participation in any promotion at its sole discretion.

The following rules apply to all Wagers placed on the pu77 Platform across all product verticals, including sports betting, live casino, RNG slots, and instant-win games:

• Bet Acceptance: All Wagers are accepted at pu77's absolute discretion. pu77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager without being required to provide a reason, including where pu77 reasonably suspects match-fixing, insider information, irregular betting patterns, or any other integrity concern.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. Applicable limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of wagering. pu77 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Player accounts where abnormal betting patterns are identified.
• Errors and Technical Faults: In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds, payout calculations, or game outcomes due to a software fault, human error, or data feed failure, pu77 reserves the right to void any affected Wagers and restore balances to their pre-Wager state. This right applies regardless of whether winnings have already been credited to a Player's Account.
• Settled Bets: Once a sports betting market is settled by pu77, the settlement is final unless a manifest error is identified and reported within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion. Casino game outcomes are final once the game round is completed.
• Internet Disconnection: pu77 is not responsible for disruptions to game sessions or bet placement caused by the Player's internet connection, device failure, or power interruption. In the event of a mid-game disconnection, the game session will be preserved by pu77's servers and resumed upon the Player's reconnection, where technically possible.
• Game Integrity: All RNG casino games on pu77 are supplied by certified third-party game studios and operate using independently audited random number generation. pu77 does not modify game outcomes and publishes RTP (return-to-player) data for transparency. Live casino games are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective live dealer studio.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pu77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using any real-money feature of the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Money Laundering: Using the pu77 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money-laundering, terrorist-financing, or other illegal financial scheme.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted automation tools, or any software designed to place Wagers, exploit game features, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner without pu77's prior written consent.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, card game, or other multiplayer game offering, including sharing hand information or coordinating betting decisions.
• Match Fixing: Placing Wagers based on insider knowledge of fixed or manipulated sporting event outcomes, or participating in any scheme to fix sporting events.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one pu77 Account, including under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting known or suspected errors in game software, odds calculations, or promotional mechanics to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal requests with a payment provider while retaining winnings or balances derived from the disputed deposit.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. When a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.

• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the pu77 Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-excluded Players will be blocked from all real-money services and removed from all marketing communications. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory minimum 6-month waiting period and a personal review.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable session time alerts that notify them of the duration of their current play session at regular intervals.

All intellectual property rights in and to the pu77 Platform — including but not limited to the pu77 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text content, game interfaces, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to pu77. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the pu77 Platform without express prior written permission from pu77.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform.
• pu77 trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not pu77's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages pu77.
• Game content displayed on the Platform is owned by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is protected by their respective intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pu77 expressly excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Platform and the services it provides. Specifically:

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pu77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• pu77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.
• pu77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pu77 is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond pu77's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.

pu77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Agreement: Where a Player is found to have breached any provision of this Agreement, including engaging in any prohibited activity listed in Section 7.
• Fraud Investigation: Where pu77 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime involving the Player's Account.
• Regulatory Compliance: Where suspension or termination is required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or instructions from a competent authority.
• Chargebacks: Where a Player initiates an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to the pu77 Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Where pu77 determines that a Player has systematically exploited promotional offers in bad faith.
• Account Inactivity: Where an Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the inactivity policy described in Section 3.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, pu77 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance held in the Account. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following the completion of any pending investigations, subject to applicable legal holds. pu77 will not be liable for any losses suffered by a Player as a result of a lawful Account suspension or termination.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pu77 is incorporated. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under this Agreement.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the courts, pu77 may, at its discretion, offer binding arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism. Any arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent pu77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where pu77 considers it necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or Platform integrity.

pu77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where the nature of the change requires advance notification under applicable law.

When material changes are made to this Agreement, pu77 will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will be published at pu77.io/terms-conditions with the revised effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the pu77 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and return of any real-money balance.
